Reineke Ford of Lima to Host Test-Drive Event Benefiting West Ohio Food Bank

LIMA, OHIO – Reineke Ford of Lima will host a Drive For Your Community event on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with proceeds benefiting the West Ohio Food Bank.

Community members can help support the local organization simply by taking a test drive in a new Ford. There is no cost to participate, no purchase necessary and no sales pressure. For every valid test drive completed during the event, Ford Motor Company will donate $30 to the West Ohio Food Bank, up to $6,000.

Participants will have the opportunity to experience a variety of new Ford vehicles while helping support the West Ohio Food Bank and its work to fight hunger throughout the region.

“We’re proud to be part of the Lima community, and this is an easy way for people to come together and make a real difference for local families,” said Matt Holtsberry, General Manager of Reineke Ford of Lima. “A few minutes behind the wheel can turn into a $30 donation to the West Ohio Food Bank. We’d love to see the community help us reach the full $6,000.”

The event will take place at Reineke Ford of Lima, 1360 Greely Chapel Road, Lima, Ohio, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Community members are encouraged to stop by, take a drive and help support the West Ohio Food Bank — one test drive at a time.

The initiative is part of Ford’s Building Together program, which has raised millions of dollars nationwide to support schools, nonprofits and local causes.
