The dealership performed an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed afterwards that my SUV was pulling to the right. The front and back are supposed to have a few lbs difference in psi. My readings showed the right side had completely different readings from the left side, telling me they never checked the pressure in the tires.
My experience with the dealership went very well. Donavan did a great job with addressing my questions and concerns. I was impressed with the team as a whole. The finance process was very slow, they needed more than one person handling transactions to make it timely experience. That is my only complaint, otherwise things went very well.
I was purchasing from out of state, and Donaven made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to call and even FaceTime with me so I could see the vehicle in detail, which I really appreciated. We were able to reach a fair agreement the same day, and he ensured the vehicle was delivered right on time for my wife’s planned trip.

no pressure and easy to work with. only negative was with the first quote. they gave too low of price for my trade-in which was out of kelly book range for my car in very good to excellent condition with farly new tires. so they improved the trade in allowance and we came to a deal to buy.

April 7th I explained in detail when I dropped off the RV what the issue was, a few hours later l spoke to Tiffany on the phone again detailing the issue and also asked to have the front tires balanced and rotated. I live in Cincinnati and came home to Lima to see my parents. As I was driving on the highway I heard a loud noise and just thought it was the wind because it was heavy! I knew that it couldn’t be my car because I just got it serviced on Friday in Cincinnati. When I got to Lima I pulled over looked under my car and something was hanging. The employees are very kind. I like being able to pull inside the building when you have an appointment especially when the weather is bad. It’s nice too that they have pick up and delivery of your vehicle. We had to use it one time for delivery of our truck.

Technician broke the brake switch doing the master cylinder replacement. Switch was replaced as expected. After I picked the truck up I was going down the highway with the cruise control set.
